Export Corvette (Autria). Well documented with copies of export paper work. Does not have kilo speedo, Does not have GM homologation plate. Very nice car, restored 1972-1974. Larger cut out for larger Euro license plate, this modification preformed after Corvette arrived in Austria, trunk lid changed to regular during complete restoration 1972-1974, the speedo arrived with regular speedo in MPH, not kilos, there was NO factory homologation plate (second ID plate), there was a chrome letter "A" placed on the body, under the rear license plate area, A= Austria, extra reflectors on rear of car just above the bumpers. Owner reports,"I think this is the oldest known Export Corvette in Europe" lots of good photos, 12 pages of documentation. Purchased car from son of 2nd owne, rcar registered as NEW in early 1955. Current owner Rolf is certified NCRS judge, Petty's Vette Shop is housed on a barge anchored in the Rhine River, husband & wife run the business Transferred from Jimmy Hurts export database.
